This is the Custom Search tab.  You can build your own queries here.

PARROT uses full Boolean logic.

Also, it is easy to search for key data fields.  Just select the field you want to search on and pick the value to search.

In this example, the search will find all problems with the keywords of access and violation for the Customer HTBM Solutions.  The drop down is displayed on this picture so you can see the different key data fields that are available for searching.
