This screen shot shows how easy it is to change the field tags to something that is more meaningful to you.  Virtually all field tags can be changed as well as the tabs.  The field tag will be used throughout PARROT, including on the search results screen and all reports.

Hints are also modifiable.

You can also change a field tag back to its default just as easy.

In the screen shot, the Problem ID tag, which is the default, has been changed to Ticket.
